1. Hotel cancellation/Amendments policy:
- Non-refundable. Flexible to reschedule if plans change. Date changes are subject to real-time availability, prices, and restrictions. Please inform us 5 days or more prior to check-in if you wish to change your arrival date.
- Any amendment requested within 5 days of the arrival date will be denied, and no refund will be provided.
2. Check-in and check-out policy:
- Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is at 12:00.
- Early check-in is subject to room availability.
- Check-in before 08:00 incurs a 100% surcharge of the room rate for one night.
- Check-in between 08:00 and 10:00 incurs a 50% surcharge of the room rate for one night.
- Check-in between 10:00 and 13:00 incurs a 30% surcharge of the room rate for one night.
- Late check-out is subject to room availability.
- Check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 incurs a 50% surcharge of the room rate for one night.
- Check-out after 18:00 incurs a 100% surcharge of the room rate for one night.
3. Children and extra bed policies:
- Free maximum 2 children under 6 sharing bed with parents, including breakfast.
- Child from 6 to under 12, sharing bed with parent will be charged 400.000vnd per child per night, including breakfast.
- Child over 12 and sharing bed with parent will be charged 500.000vnd/child/night, including breakfast.
- Extra bed is available at 600.000vnd/night (included breakfast)
4. Rates are inclusive of:
- Complimentary daily breakfast (served from 06:30 to 10:00).
- Complimentary refreshing welcome drink upon arrival.
- Complimentary in-room tea and coffee facilities and 2 bottles of pure drinking water.
- Complimentary daily housekeeping services.
- Complimentary using swimming pool and gym.
- Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access in-room and throughout public areas.
